If you've been using Revelian's Assessment Management System in the past, you may like to know how the functionality in the Criteria platform compares. This table provides a high level overview of key differences, with links to additional information.

  • Candidates can only complete the same tests once in a 12 month period, unless this setting is modified at the company level. This feature needs to be enabled for you by our team.
  • Applies across all companies using Revelian assessments.
  • Candidates are invited for all tests and must choose whether to release their results.

  • Default setting for company: candidates will only complete the same tests once within a 12 month period. This setting can be modified in Company Preferences > Reuse Results. You can change the duration (e.g. from 12 months to 6 or 9 months) or disable the function entirely.
  • This function applies for your company only. If a candidate has completed the same test for a different company, they will complete the test again for your company.
  • Candidates are not invited for tests they have completed previously. If they've completed the same test for your company within the specified duration and you invite them to complete testing for another job, their results will be copied to the new job automatically.

  • When inviting, choose whether candidates will complete testing remotely or under supervised conditions.
  • Send an email to the position supervisor containing supervisor and candidate login details, and/or download login details.

  • Similar to the AMS, choose whether candidates will complete testing remotely on on-site when inviting.
  • Download a list of candidate login details.

Providing time adjustments for candidate testing

  • Time adjustments can only be applied for Cognify and Emotify.
  • Applying a time adjustment can only happen after you've invited candidates to complete testing.
  • Time adjustment notifications are included in candidate reports.

  • The ability to offer time adjustments for most timed tests can be enabled for you by your CSM on request.
  • Time adjustments are available for:
    • Cognitive Aptitude Tests: CCAT, UCAT, Cognify, GAME, CMRA
    • Emotify
    • Skills Tests: CBST, CLIK, Microsoft suite, TestMaker.
  • Once enabled, you can apply time adjustments of 1.5x:
    • When inviting individual candidates
    • At the job level, so that all candidates invited for testing for a specific job receive time adjustments.
  • You'll see a notification that a time adjustment has been applied in each candidate's results.
  • When creating data reports, you can include a column that lists any time adjustments for each candidate.
