Add Labels

Use labels to easily tag candidates in your account. You can then search for candidates with specific labels across the whole platform, or filter the candidate list within a job to show only candidates with specific labels.

  1. Check the boxes for the candidates you want to label.
  2. Click on the Bulk Actions drop-down and select "Add or Remove Labels."
  3. Enter the label and click Add Label. You can also select a label that has been used before from this field.
  4. Click "Save" and you will see the label on the candidate profile. Any other team members who have access to these results will be able to see these labels.

Search for candidates with specific labels across all jobs

  1. Click the down arrow next to the search field at the top right of the screen and select a label from the dropdown list.
  1. Click Search to view a list of candidates with this label.

Filter the candidate list within a job

  1. In the candidate list for a specific job, click the Filter icon.
  1. In the Filter Results pop-up, choose the label you want to filter on and click Filter Results.
