We have compiled a list of questions your internal employees may ask, to help you start building FAQs for your team. We recommend copying the text of any questions below to a new document to share with your employees.

It offers confidential, research-based advice grounded in data from Criteria’s assessments and best practices across various disciplines. Imagine Coach Bo as your dedicated mentor offering you personalized coaching, always-on support with regular check-ins.  

What is Coach Bo trained on and how reliable is it?  

Coach Bo is trained on a vast dataset from sources like textbooks, scientific literature, and content in business, management, and psychology. It provides data-driven advice using Criteria assessments and established best practices. While Coach Bo offers reliable and relevant guidance, it should complement human judgment and not replace professional HR or legal advisors for complex decisions. 

What is TEAMscan and what do you do with the results? 

TEAMscan is a quick 5-minute pulse survey designed to monitor employee engagement. The survey is anonymous and provides you with an opportunity to share your feelings about your work. 

After completing the TEAMscan, Develop™ will analyze the results to identify skill gaps and recommend learning pathways. These results will be available on the Develop platform for you and your team to review. 

Your team leader will then schedule a time to discuss the results together as a group. This shared reflection and conversation will help create a committed action plan to enhance teamwork and cohesion.  

What can I expect to take away from the personality assessment?
