To support you, we’ve created a set of email templates to help you introduce Develop across the business, explain what’s changing, and highlight the value of the platform at every stage of implementation; from early awareness and launch announcements to training, reminders, and ongoing support. You can use the templates as-is or tailor them to fit your internal tone, timelines, and goals to help ensure a smooth, well-coordinated adoption.

Subject: Introducing Develop: a new way to strengthen teamwork and support growth

Hi everyone, 

We’re excited to introduce Develop by Criteria, a platform we’re rolling out to support a stronger, healthier, and higher-performing workplace.

Why we’re implementing Develop

We want to make it easier for teams and managers to:

  • Build stronger working relationships and communication habits
  • Identify what’s working well - and what we can improve - using structured feedback
  • Turn insights into small, practical actions that compound over time

Develop is designed to fit into your existing routines with lightweight activities (not more busywork).

What to expect next

Over the next [TIME FRAME—e.g., 2–4 weeks], you may receive a few emails from Criteria (do-not-reply@criteriacorp.com) inviting you to:

  • Activate your Develop profile
  • Participate in short surveys and check-ins (typically a few minutes each)
  • View practical reports and resources that support development and collaboration

We’ll share reminders and guidance along the way, so you always know what’s coming next.

As you may have already heard, we’re preparing to launch our new growth and collaboration toolkit, Develop™ by Criteria. It’s an innovative new platform that’s designed to enhance how we work and grow together.

Ready to get started? Here’s the game plan 

  • Watch for your invite: Look out for an invitation in the next few days. 
  • Assess and reflect: Complete the 5-minute, anonymous TEAMscan survey to gauge team sentiment, and the 10-minute Personality Profile to understand your traits, strengths, and preferences. 
  • Dive into your insights: Review your personality results and, if available, your team’s TEAMscan results.  
  • Connect with Coach Bo: Engage in a conversation with Coach Bo for coaching as unique as your Personality Profile, offering tailored-to-you strategies to enhance your professional growth. 
  • Enhance teamwork: When they’ve completed the Personality Profile, access dynamic Collaboration Guides informed by each team member’s profile to kick your working relationship up a notch. 
  • Commit to growth: As managers chart the course for team development, it’s up to each of us to embrace the spirit of continuous learning and improvement that drives the most successful teams!

Introduction to Develop toolkit

Subject: Your new weekly teamwork toolkit is launching in Develop!

As part of our rollout of Develop, you’ll soon see invitations for a few key features. Each one is designed to be quick and useful.

TEAMscan (teamwork snapshot)

What it is: A short survey (about 5 minutes) that helps your team understand its strengths and identify one area to improve.

Call to action: When you receive the TEAMscan invitation email, click the link to complete it by [DATE/TIME FRAME].

Weekly Manager Check-ins (2–3 minutes)

What it is: A brief weekly check-in (completed via email) that helps surface wins, challenges, and blockers early, so your manager can better support you.

Call to action: When you receive the Weekly Check-ins email, click the link and complete the check-in before Sunday night.

Coach Bo (AI coaching support)

What it is: An AI coaching assistant you can use anytime for help with work challenges, goal-setting, feedback preparation, and more.

Call to action: When you see Coach Bo available in Develop, click the Coach Bo icon and try one question (e.g., “Help me prepare for a conversation” or “How can I improve my time management?”).

Personality Reports

What it is: Practical personality-based insights to support self-awareness, teamwork, and better communication.

Call to action: When you receive the personality assessment invitation email, click the link to complete (or connect) it by [DATE/TIME FRAME] so your reports become available in Develop.

Employee Personality Profile

Upcoming invitation to complete EPP

Subject: Action coming soon: Your Develop personality assessment (10 minutes)

Hi [First Name],

As part of our rollout of Develop by Criteria, you’ll soon receive an email invitation from Criteria (do-not-reply@criteriacorp.com) to complete the Employee Personality Profile (EPP).

What is it?

The EPP is a short workplace personality assessment that takes about 10 minutes to complete. Your results will help generate your Workplace Insights inside Develop and unlock additional tools that support collaboration and development.

What you need to do

  1. When you receive the invitation email, click the link to begin the assessment.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the assessment.

If you’ve already taken the EPP in the past (for example, during the hiring process), you may also have the option to link your previous results instead of retaking it.

Previous personality test results linked

Subject: Your personality insights are now available in Develop

Hi [First Name],

Good news: your previously completed Employee Personality Profile (EPP) results have been linked into our organization’s Develop account, so you do not need to retake the personality assessment at this time.

What this enables right away

You can now immediately access key features in Develop, including:

  • Workplace Insights (Insights Report): your personal workplace insights based on the EPP
  • Team Personality Report: team-level insights that help improve how your team works together
  • Collaboration Guides: practical guidance for working effectively with colleagues

How to access your insights

  1. Log into Develop: https://develop-au.criteriacorp.com/
  2. Go to Profiles → select your name
  3. Open the Workplace Insights tab to view your report and resources
