How does the integration work?

  • 'Test Batteries', made up of Assessments, a Video Interview or a combination of the two, are created in the Criteria platform and then made available in PageUp by performing a sync from the Criteria platform.
  • Applicants are invited to complete the Assessment / Video Interview via PageUp upon a status change, either in bulk or individually.
  • In the case of Assessments, once the applicant has completed, their scores and report are available to view in PageUp.
  • For Video Interviews, the Evaluator(s) are notified once the interview has been completed upon which the user will click a link in the email or directly in PageUp to access the Criteria platform and complete their evaluations and recommendations.
  • Once the minimum number of evaluators has been reached, the Video Interview Score and Recommendation will be available in PageUp.

How much does it cost to set up an integration with PageUp?

Are there any ongoing costs with the integration?

As a Standard integration, this is a complimentary service for our clients. It will require you to be on our Professional Tier (a lower tier does not provide all functionality)

Time to integrate

Criteria require two business days to create the integration with your PageUp account, once PageUp provides the integration credentials. Please check with your PageUp Account Manager to confirm timeframes on their side, but it's suggested to allow 5 - 7 business days. 

Can I trial the integration before I purchase?

Criteria customers must have a paid subscription before an integration can be created.

Does the integration support assessment and video interviews?

It certainly does! When you update your candidate's status in PageUp, they are sent an invitation to complete the assessment or video interview. Once the candidate has completed, the results become available in your PageUp account.

Can I send multiple candidates an invitation at the same time?

Yes, you can invite candidates in bulk by moving them all to the requisite status in PageUp at the same time.

Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my job?

Yes, you can set multiple rounds of testing by configuring status mappings for each round in your Criteria account for the PageUp job.

Can I reuse my candidates' previous results for a new job?

Yes, if you have the Reuse Results function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new jobs. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments.

How are the invitations sent?

PageUp will send the invitation to your candidates immediately. The candidates are created in your Criteria account when they click on the link in the invitation email and follow the prompts to the Criteria assessment center.

Can I send assessments in-line with application?

No, this option is not available through the PageUp integration.

When can I see my candidates' results?

The scores will appear in your PageUp account immediately once the candidate has completed all assessments in the package.

What information will I see for my candidates' results?

For assessments, the following values are provided: Talent Signal, Met Score Ranges, validity indicators and main overall scores per-test

For video interviews, the following values are provided: overall score and recommendations​

A link to the live score report is provided. Dynamic Score Reports are also supported. Please contact your Criteria account manager to learn more.

Can I invite candidates without sending their personally identifiable information (PII) to Criteria?

Yes, since PageUp sends all communications to your candidates, it is not necessary for their details to be shared with the Criteria system.

If this option is selected, the Criteria system will not be able to send candidates the Workplace Insights Report.
