Weekly Manager Check-ins is a brief weekly conversation between your team members and Coach Bo, Develop's AI assistant. Every Thursday morning*, team members receive an email invitation to answer three simple questions that take just 2-3 minutes:

• How do you feel about your work?

• How did your week go (successes and challenges)?

• What blockers do you anticipate for next week?

They can complete the conversation at any time between Thursday morning and midnight on Sunday.

*Check-in invitations are based on each user's time zone setting. The default is US Pacific Time if no time zone is set. Each employee can update this in User Settings.
