Implementing a new platform in your organization is a complex process. We've created this guide to help you plan the topics to cover in your "Introduction to Develop" session with your senior leaders.

Objective: Introduce & utilize "Develop" platform to foster team understanding & communication by focusing on the power of personality insights. 

Duration: 90 minutes 

Target Audience: 35 senior leaders across 8 teams, representing various departments. 

Conversational Flow & Agenda

  1. Introduction (5 minutes) 
  • HR Leader welcomes everyone & sets the stage. 
  • Briefly introduces "Develop" as a post-hire team building & manager empowerment tool. 
  • Highlights the session's focus on leveraging personality insights for better team dynamics.
