ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) empowers clients to effectively address business challenges with a flexible, secure and integrated HCM solution that supports the full spectrum of HR needs – from recruitment to retirement and everything in between.
How does the integration work?
- ‘Custom Integration Packages', made up of Assessments, a Video Interview or a combination of the two, are created in the Criteria platform, then added and mapped to the job in ADP WFN.
- Applicants are invited to complete the Assessment / Video Interview via ADP WFN upon a status change, either in bulk or individually.
- In the case of Assessments, once the applicant has completed, their scores and report are available to view in ADP WFN.
- For Video Interviews, the Status field in ADP WFN will keep the user informed of the progress of the evaluations.
- Evaluator(s) are notified once the interview has been completed upon which the user will click a link in the email or directly in ADP WFN to access the Criteria platform and complete their evaluations and recommendations.
- Once the minimum number of evaluators has been reached, the Video Interview Score and Recommendation will be available in ADP WFN.
- Users can see detailed results for each candidate.
- The integration supports multiple rounds of testing and offers Assessments only, Video Interview only or both Assessment(s) and Video Interview in the same stage.
What can the integration do?
How much does it cost to set up an integration with ADP WFN? Are there any ongoing costs with the integration? | There may be costs associated with setting up and maintaining an integration with your ADP WFN account. Time to integrate | The estimated timeframe is 4 weeks. This may be dependent on ADP providing the necessary information to integrate. |
Can I trial the integration before I purchase? | Criteria customers must have a paid subscription before an integration can be created. |
Does the integration support assessment and video interviews? | It certainly does! When you move your candidate to the specified status value in ADP WFN, they are sent an invitation to complete the assessment or video interview. Once the candidate has completed, the results will be available in your ADP WFN platform. |
Can I send multiple candidates an invitation at the same time? | Yes, you can invite candidates in bulk by moving them all into the specified status value in ADP WFN. |
Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my job? | Yes, the integration supports 2 rounds of testing based off 2 different status values in your workflow. |
Can I reuse my candidates' previous results for a new job? | Yes, if you have the Reuse Results function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new jobs. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments. |
How are the invitations sent? | Criteria checks the integration every 15 minutes and monitors the Job Application status value/s you advise. When a candidate is detected in the advised status value/s, they will be automatically invited in Criteria. |
Can I send assessments in-line with application? | Yes! If you wish to trigger testing after a candidate applies, ask Criteria to monitor the 'New Application' status. This will be one of the 2 status values used by your integration. |
When can I see my candidates' results? | Assessment results are displayed in ADP as soon as the candidate has completed the assessment package. Structured interview results are available as soon as the minimum required number of evaluators have submitted their evaluations. |
What information will I see for my candidates' results? | For assessments, the following values are provided: Talent Signal, Met Score Ranges, and individual assessment scores For interviews, the following values are provided: Video Interview Score, Recommendation Score Reports: The results displayed in the Status column and are hyperlinked. Clicking the Status text opens the report in a new browser tab. Dynamic Score Reports are also supported. Please contact your Criteria account manager to learn more. |
Can I invite candidates without sending their personally identifiable information (PII) to Criteria? | No, Criteria requires the candidate's name and email address in order to send the invitation email to them. |
