How many users can I have in Criteria?
You can have as many users as you need for your hiring process. However, because you may want to limit the number of people who have access to test results, we recommend discretion when adding new users to the software. Learn how to set up a new user.
How many tests can I administer?
If you are in a free trial, you can administer up to 20 tests internally – for you or your staff. You may not test candidates during the free trial. If you have a current live subscription, please contact the Customer Success Team for more information on your account.
Do you offer different pricing plans or one-off tests?
We offer simple flat-fee subscription pricing, which gives you predictable costs and more efficient hiring. Please contact us to discuss pricing options.
