Department level reports

Familiarize yourself with these reports:

✅ Department level TEAMscan report

✅ Team Personality Reports for all teams in your department (if desired).

✅ Weekly Manager Check-ins Reports: Senior Manager Report and Executive Report (if you receive them)

Consult Coach Bo regularly about department-wide trends. We recommend checking in with Bo on a monthly basis.

Chat with Bo about things like...

“What are your department level strengths and what are creative experiments to try to use them more regularly and in more situations?”

“What are some challenges in the department right now around teamwork?  What are some specific, small experiments to try each month to grow and improve in these areas?”

Meetings

Before meetings with team leaders, ask Coach Bo for insights on their team's performance and potential areas for support.

Remember to chat with Bo on ways to celebrate strengths and seek ways to enable people to use these more.

Review the Weekly Manager Check-ins reports to understand ongoing sentiment and feedback. Plan the appropriate actions to take.

Skills and development

Use Coach Bo to develop department-wide skill focus areas and learning initiatives.

You can have these chats from the department level TEAMscan report or go to any skill in the library and chat with Bo about that skill in more detail.

Regularly check in with Coach Bo on your leadership development and strategies for supporting your team leaders.
