Create a Test Battery

A test battery is a set of assessments that you invite your candidates to complete as part of the hiring process. You can create custom test batteries that are then associated with one or more jobs.

During the job creation workflow, our Job Profiler can make recommendations based on the job title, allowing you to select the assessments that measure what you want to know about your candidates.

Know which assessment you want to use? Here's how to create a custom test battery.
- Click Manage in the top navigation bar, then click Test Batteries.
- Click Create Test Battery.
- Enter the Test Battery Name and an optional description. The Test Battery Name will appear in the Jobs list and job settings.
- Add tests to the battery by clicking Add a Test and selecting a test from the dropdown. You can add Aptitude, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Risk, Skills, and TestMaker tests to a battery.
- The tests will be presented to your candidates in the order they are listed here.

- To remove a test, click the X in the upper right corner of the test box.
- After saving the test battery, you can select it during the job creation process.
