Introducing Interview Intelligence: AI-Powered Scoring for Faster, Fairer Hiring Decisions
What is Interview Intelligence (IIQ)?
Interview Intelligence (IIQ) broadly refers to a bundle of features that use AI to enhance Criteria’s Structured Video Interviewing solution.
Interview Transcription: AI is used to provide a transcription of a candidate’s responses in a video interview.
Interview Summarization: AI is used to provide a summary of a video interview.
AI-assisted question creation: AI is used to screen the interview questions that you create. The AI model determines if the category (behavioral, situational, experience-based) and quality (i.e. work related, not illegal) of the question are suitable for being automatically evaluated and scored.
AI-generated evaluation guides: For each question, a behaviorally anchored rating scale (BARS) is generated by AI, providing the rubric for evaluating the candidate’s responses to the interview question.
Automated Scoring: The AI model takes the transcript from the interview and the BARS guide to determine the evaluation and score for that question.
Transcriptions & Summarisation
With Interview Intelligence, a transcript of the candidate's response is automatically generated, providing you with a clear and accurate text version of their answer—ensuring you don’t miss any key details. And an AI-powered summary of the candidate's response is also generated, providing you with a quick, clear, and factual overview—making it faster and easier than ever to evaluate your candidate with confidence.
