How often should I take the EPP?
You have the option to retake if you feel your preferences have significantly changed. However most value comes from using insights, not retaking frequently.
How is my EPP data used?

• Individual preferences remain private unless you say things that enable you to be identified in your free text responses
• You control sharing settings, but admins and direct managers / team leaders often can see your reports (but not your individual results)
What happens after I take the EPP?
