The TestMaker Template Library covers a variety of skills that may be required for your organization.

Each template in the TestMaker Template Library is designed to be used as a starting point for your test or survey. We recommend engaging a subject-matter expert from within your organization to provide input on what questions to add, edit, or remove, to tailor each test or survey to your specific objectives.

Accounting Test

The Accounting test assesses understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting methods, including net cash from operations, return on equity, depreciation, inventory valuation, and adjustments, focusing on practical and theoretical knowledge.

Adobe InDesign Test

The Adobe InDesign test evaluates knowledge of document design and formatting, focusing on master pages, typography, panels, color management, and interactive elements. It assesses knowledge of best practices for print preparation and layout consistency.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)Test

The AWS test assesses knowledge of various AWS services and features, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, DynamoDB, RDS, and more. It covers topics like service control policies, data models, build automation, and scaling, ensuring familiarity with cloud resource management and operations.

AutoCAD Test

The AutoCAD test evaluates knowledge on system variables, commands, object manipulation, and features including layer protection, dynamic blocks, and text management, ensuring proficiency in AutoCAD operations and functionalities.

Bookkeeping Test

The Bookkeeping test evaluates understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and transaction recording methods, including accrual vs. cash basis, double-entry bookkeeping, and the accounting equation, focusing on practical application and accuracy in financial reporting.

Budgeting Test

The Budgeting test evaluates understanding of financial analysis, budgeting methods, and forecasting techniques, including net income calculation, incremental vs. rolling budgets, variance analysis, and sensitivity analysis, focusing on practical application and theoretical concepts in budget management.

C# Test

The C# test evaluates knowledge of fundamental C# concepts such as variable declaration, data types, comments, loops, exception handling, array declarations, type conversion, and distinctions between structs and classes.

C++Test

The C++ test assesses understanding of core C++ concepts including data types, constants, functions, arrays, output, logical operators, comments, and templates, as well as syntax for comments, array declarations, and file I/O libraries.

Cyber Security Test

The Cyber Security test assesses knowledge of encryption, network security, and threat mitigation, covering topics like RSA, IDS, public-key encryption, and DDoS. It focuses on understanding protocols, detection methods, and defensive strategies.

Digital Marketing Test

The Digital Marketing test examines knowledge of social media campaigns, digital marketing strategies, SEO, landing pages, email marketing, and key metrics like conversion rates and open rates, focusing on practical and technical aspects of digital marketing.

Figma Test

The Figma test evaluates knowledge of designing responsive layouts, building interactive prototypes, and managing reusable components. It includes concepts such as auto layout, constraints, component updates, and exporting assets for effective UI/UX design.

Generative AI Test

The Generative AI test assesses understanding of the principles, applications, and limitations of generative artificial intelligence. It covers key concepts such as large language models (LLMs) and their architectures, zero-shot learning, prompt engineering, bias mitigation, and copyright concerns.

GitHub Test

The GitHub test assesses knowledge of key GitHub functionalities and workflows, including pull requests, forks, README files, merge conflicts, security features, and common Git commands. It focuses on effective version control and repository management practices.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)Test

The HVAC test assesses knowledge of system components and functions, including cooling coils, reversing valves, heat transfer, and system controls, focusing on HVAC operations, air quality, and comfort levels.

Java Test

The Java test assesses knowledge of core Java concepts, including class definitions, data types, methods, and object-oriented programming features. It covers syntax for array declarations, inheritance, string operations, multi-threading, and I/O stream handling.

JavaScript Test

The JavaScript test assesses understanding of key concepts such as function definition, file inclusion, IIFE, event handling, array methods, operators, and object management. It focuses on syntax, hoisting, closures, asynchronous operations, and functional programming techniques.

Microsoft Power BI Test

The Microsoft Power BI test evaluates understanding of features such as Query Folding, real-time data visualization, modeling, data conversion, and advanced tools like Bookmarks, RLS, and DAX functions.

PHP Test

The PHP test assesses knowledge of string manipulation functions, array handling, cookie management, session control, and error handling, focusing on both fundamental PHP operations and best practices for development and testing.

Product Management Test

The Product Management test assesses understanding of key concepts such as product roadmaps, Scrum events, value propositions, and Agile practices, focusing on strategies for product planning, performance measurement, and user engagement.

Project Management Test

The Project Management test evaluates knowledge of tools and techniques for managing projects, including scheduling instruments, process groups, SWOT analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), scope management, project phases, and methodologies like PRINCE2 and PDCA.

Python Test

The Python test evaluates understanding of core concepts such as Boolean values, list and dictionary manipulation, file reading, exception handling, function creation, data types, and module importing.

QuickBooks Test

The QuickBooks test assesses knowledge of key features and functionalities, including managing financial data with tags, reviewing sales details, using the chart of accounts, securing data integrity, maintaining lists, handling transactions, and utilizing reporting tools for budgeting and financial management.

R Test

The R test assesses knowledge of fundamental R functions and data manipulation techniques, including vector creation, library management, data types, sorting, and applying functions, with a focus on data analysis and statistical tasks.

Remote Worker Readiness Test

The Remote Worker Readiness test evaluates an individual's preparedness for remote work by assessing their designated workspace, internet stability, privacy, equipment reliability, and comfort with autonomy, video conferencing, and managing work-life balance.

Snowflake Test

The Snowflake test assesses understanding of Snowflake's cloud data platform, including its storage and compute capabilities, data loading utilities, query language, performance optimization, and unique features like Time Travel and Zero Copy Cloning.

SQL Test

The SQL test evaluates proficiency in SQL commands and concepts, including querying and manipulating data, using joins, updating records, sorting, grouping, and aggregating data, as well as database design and security practices.

Tableau Test

The Tableau test assesses knowledge of Tableau functionalities, including data visualization, formatting, data preparation, calculations, and interaction within Tableau environments. It covers tasks such as modifying worksheet titles, using functions, managing data, and creating interactive dashboards.

TypeScript Test

The TypeScript test evaluates knowledge of type handling, type aliases, generics, type guards, interfaces, and compiler options, focusing on correctly applying and understanding TypeScript's type system and language features.

Xero Test

The Xero test evaluates understanding of key functionalities such as bank reconciliation, report generation, supplier management, and inventory tracking, as well as features like tracking categories, discounts, and automatic bank feeds.
