Coach Bo is Develop's AI-powered coaching bot, available 24/7 to provide workplace guidance and support to all your team members. It offers tailored advice, constructive feedback and actionable strategies to help them navigate their workplace more effectively.

Coach Bo automatically knows your Organisation Guide and applies this information in all chats it has with your team members. This includes your company values, mission and founding story, if you added these to your Organisation Guide.

Add further information using the Key Resource option. For example, your organisation's ethos is to assume that all employees have positive intent and want their colleagues and the organisation to succeed.
